RIO HONDO, TX—Gilberto Trujillo Aguilar
58, passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2009 at his residence. He was born January 24, 1951 to Gilberto and Nicolasa Aguilar in Matamoros, Tamps., Mexico.
He is survived by his loving family, Wife, Idolina Robles Aguilar of Rio Hondo, TX., 1 Son; Gilbert (Julia) Aguilar III of Indiana, 2 Daughters; Nicolasa “Nikki” (Brad) Bishop of Bastrop, Nora Aguilar of Harlingen, Grandchildren; Robby, & Katie Bishop, and Eva Aguilar, 6 brothers; Polo, Mario, Everardo, Antonio, Alejandro & Humberto Aguilar, 3 sisters; Palmira, Maria Elena & Maria del Refugio.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Gilberto & Nicolasa Aguilar, 2 sisters; Clara & Sonia.
Visitation will be today, Thursday, December 10, 2009 from 9:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, December 11, 2009. We will depart Rudy Garza Chapel of Peace at 9:15a.m.
for a 10:00a.m. mass at St. Helen’s Catholic Church in Rio Hondo, Texas. Interment will then follow at Ashland Memorial
Park Cemetery in Harlingen.
