Orrville, OH. -Francisco Badillo

Age 80, passed away on June 25, 2008, at Brenn-Field Nursing Center in Orrville.

At his request, there will be no calling hours or services and cremation will take place. Cremains will be placed in the columbarium wall at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date. Auble Funeral Home in Orrville is in charge of arrangements.

Francisco was born in Santa Rosa, Texas, on September 18, 1927, the son of Manuel and Albina (Villarreal) Badillo. He was united in marriage to Polly Ann Cline on December 12, 1947. She survives.

He served in the US Army in 1946 and 1947. He had been employed as a machinist for 47 years at Shafer Valve Co. in Orrville.

Francisco was a former member of the Orr Park Fastpitch Softball Team, enjoyed golfing and was an avid bowler.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, Linda Rose of Manhattan, KS, F. Michael Badillo of Britt, MN, Rita (Al) Wiles of Marshallville, Beth Ann (Rick) Levknecht of Blythe, AZ, John P. Badillo of Jackson, WY, Amanda (Scott) Pigeon of Green Bay, WI, Dorothy Badillo of Orrville and Scott Badillo of Marshallville; nephew, Reynaldo (Terri) Garza of Rittman; grandchildren, Polly (Kelly) Messenger, Jennifer (Mark) Harris, Chevy (Cindy) Sidel, Alexander Sidel, Emily Rose, Jeremiah Rose, Daniel Badillo-Beyer, Frank (Amy) Badillo-Beyer, Aaron Badillo, Lara Huberty, Cassandra Badillo, Shawn Sanderson and Gail Badillo; great-grandchildren, Branden, Drew, Savannah, Allana, Casper, Summer, Sara, Bud, Skylar, Rhiannon, Bethany, Gwendolyn, Helena, Frank and Hannah; brothers and sisters, Erlinda Flores, Jose Badillo, Manuel Badillo, Oralia Schnur, Carmen Lange, Isabella Rodriquez, Maria Ellena Webb, Estella Weidner, Roberto Badillo, Ricardo Badillo, Adella Badillo and Sara Palencia, all of Southern Texas; and more than 200 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a younger brother, 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
