BROWNSVILLE, TX.— Roberto “Beto" Treviño

Beto was born in Brownsville, Texas; served in the US Army during World War II; and lived and worked in the Houston area most of his life. He was a retired draftsman.
Beto was preceded in death by his wife Ofelia Villarreal Treviño, in 2006, his father Rafael Treviño in 1975, and his mother Candelaria T. Treviño in 1996.
Survivors include son David Edward Treviño of Pearland, Texas, grandson Dylan Ray Treviño of Houston, granddaughter Koral Anna Treviño of Pearland, brother Antonio Treviño, sisters Raquel T. Escamilla and Armandina “Dina” Lucas of Browsnville, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In La Paloma, Texas a celebration of life mass will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church at 10 AM on Saturday, November 7, 2009.
In Pearland services are under the direction of James Crowder Funeral Home, (281)412-3000.
