Baytown murder suspect could be in Brownsville
BROWNSVILLE - Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a murder suspect they believe may be hiding in Brownsville, Weslaco, or Mexico.
Juan Bocardo, 60, is wanted by Baytown police on the charge of murder, said a Baytown police press release.
The arrest warrant was issued by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in connection with the June 2008 murder of 29-year-old Jesus Ramirez.
Baytown police discovered Ramirez’s body when they responded to a call of shots fired in the 2100 block of W. Humble St.
A small caliber handgun caused Ramirez’s fatal wounds, police said.
