Engagement Announcement

Juan and Maria Cardoza of El Paso, Texas are pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Iris Annette Cardoza to Carlos Arturo Ortiz, the son of Arturo and Ofelia Ortiz of Harlingen, Texas.

The Bride-elect graduated from Coastal Bend College with an Associate's Degree in Nursing and has specialized in the area of mental health .

The Groom studied business at UTPA and UT-El Paso before pursuing a career in federal law enforcement.

The ceremony will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in San Antonio, Texas. A reception will follow at Hilton Palacios Del Rio on the River Walk in San Antonio, Texas.
