Engagement Announcement

    Mr. Rafael D. Charles of Harlingen, Texas announces the engagement of his daughter, Josefina Lorraine Charles to Nathaniel D. Varble, son of Rhonda and Jerry Ray Varble (J.R), also of Harlingen, Texas.

   The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late Josefina Charles Ortega.

    Miss Charles is a graduate from Texas State Technical College with a degree in Digital Media Design and is finishing her studies in Professional Photography at the New York Institute of Photography. She is a part-time teacher at Riverfield Country Day School and a custom portrait photographer.

   The future groom is a manager for Hostek, a webhosting company.

   A March 2012 wedding is planned and the couple will reside in Tulsa, OK.
