COPPELL, TX. — Tony Sanchez
Comments 0 | Recommend 0A loving husband, son, and brother, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2009 in Coppell, Texas.
He was 50 years old. He was born in Harlingen, Texas on January 20, 1959 to Aaron and Amalia Sanchez.
Visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 with a rosary service to be held at 7:00 pm at Restland Coppell Chapel, 400 S. Freeport Pkwy., Coppell, Texas.
Service will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at St. Ann Catholic Parish, 180 Samuel Blvd., Coppell, Texas, 75019 with interment to follow at Grapevine Cemetery.
Tony grew up in Arroyo City and graduated from Los Fresnos High School. He graduated from Pan-Am University with a degree in information systems. After college he was recruited to work for Mobil Oil where he was employed for over 20 years. Tony was a hard worker and started his own company, Mindsphere Technology Group, in Dallas where he worked for the last 8 years. Tony volunteered with the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and Christian Community Action. He loved to cook and entertain and he loved the family dog, Bentley. Tony was very athletic. He loved the Dallas Cowboys, to play golf, and to fish with his dad. Family was very important to him and he loved his family dearly.
Survivors include his wife, Lori Sanchez; parents, Aaron and Amalia Sanchez; sisters, Jovie Cantu and husband Ted, Mary Sanchez, Yoli Johnson and husband Brandon, Letti Sanchez; nephews, Ethan and Parker Johnson, Sean Paul Cantu, Kevin Erpelding; niece, Sarah Upchurch; father and mother-in-law, David and Anna Wiggins; sister-in-law, Lynn Erpelding and husband Rick; and brother-in-law, John Wiggins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation at www.firstgiving.com/cadenjohnson in memory of Tony’s nephew, Caden or to St. Ann Catholic Parish, 180 Samuel Blvd., Coppell, Texas, 75019 in Tony’s name.
