RAYMONDVILLE, TX. — Allan Loyd Westfall
Comments 0 | Recommend 061, passed away Friday, October 16, 2009, in Raymondville, Texas.
Born in Toledo, Ohio, Allan moved to La Feria with his parents before the age of one. He attended La Feria schools and was in the graduating class of 1965. He also was the first male cheerleader in the Valley at La Feria High School. Allan proudly served and defended his country in the US Navy. He was a Vietnam veteran.
Graveside services will be held at 10 o’clock a.m. Monday, November 9, 2009, at the Rio Grande Veterans Cemetery in Mission, Texas.
Preceded in death by his father, Donley L. Westfall and his son, Eric A. Westfall.
He is survived by his mother, Gwen Westfall Preston of Mission, Texas, his daughter, Susan Carr (Thomas) and granddaughters, Genevieve and Danielle Cleveland all of New Braunfels, Texas, daughter Stefanie Ramos (Javier) and grandchildren, Kelsey and Connor Ramos all of San Antonio, Texas, his sister, Susan Westfall Johnson (Mark) of Walker, Louisiana and brother Gary Westfall (Son Hui) of Toledo, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews.
