Wedding Announcement

   Jenna Michelle Fitzgerald and Blakely John Higginbotham were united in marriage on October 10, 2010 in a late afternoon ceremony in downtown Dallas, Texas, at Main Street Garden Park. The ceremony was officiated by Dr. Donald Higginbotham, father of the groom.

   Jenna is the daughter of Jim and Monica Fitzgerald of Harlingen, Texas.  She is the granddaughter of Daniel and Marjorie Stehling of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, and Alan and Mardelle Fitzgerald of South Fork, Colorado.

   Blake is the son of Dr. Donald and Sue Higginbotham of Fredericksburg, Texas. Grandparents of the groom are the late John and Nina Higginbotham, and the late Harold and Lucille Goerges, of San Antonio, Texas.

   Attending the bride were Maid of Honor, Paisley Irwin, and Honor Attendant, Michael Feavel.  Her bridesmaid was Rachel Perez, and bride's attendants were Carlos Gamez, and Austin Fitzgerald, brother of the bride.

   William Ross served as the groom's Best Man. Groomsmen were Chris Norris, Nathan Turner, Chris Mekolik, and Matt Mejia.  Ushers were Chris Nagelhout, Chris Horne, Sean Patrick, and Travis Smith, as well as Brady, Chris, and Kyle St. John, nephews of the groom. Daisy and Amber, Blake and Jenna's Labrador Retrievers, were also present at the ceremony. 

   The wedding ceremony was followed by a reception featuring dinner, a concert, and dancing at Lofty Spaces in Dallas.

   After a two week honeymoon in Tuscany, Italy, the couple are now residing in Dallas, Texas.
