• Jocelyn E. Garcia daughter of Dr. Jose L. & Bertha Garcia of Harlingen, Texas celebrated Jocy's Quinceañera with a Mass at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Cathedral Church at Monterrey, Mexico on December 28, 2008.

 

 

• A reception was held at Casino Presidential where she received greeting from more than 250 invited guests.
