86, entered into rest on December 3, 2009.
Preceding him in death are three brothers and three sisters.
Surviving him is his wife of 30 years Annie M. Ake of Harlingen.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Harlingen-Combes Cemetery in Combes, Texas under the auspices of the American Legion Post 205 of Harlingen.
The family would like to thank VMBC of Harlingen and Sunshine Haven Nursing Home for all of the care and support during our time of need.
Arrangements are under the direction of Rudy Garza Funeral Home in Harlingen.
