ROTARY CLUB OF HARLINGEN 2071, Zone 26, meets at noon at Harlingen Country Club.

HARLINGEN ELKS LODGE, 1426 S. Commerce, has kitchen open for breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., serves New York strip dinners at 6-7 p.m. and dancing from 7 to 11 p.m. with music by Southern Blend. Open to members and guests. 423-4290.
