Helen was happy being a farmer's wife and full-time mom. She enjoyed many activities with her family and friends. She bowled and played bridge for many years. She loved spending time on the island and at the deer lease, and could out-fish and hunt the best of them. She could finish the morning crossword puzzle before her coffee was cold. Her happiest times were the holidays when her children and grandkids would gather and play games.
Helen was a member of the First Christian Church. She had been a member and a "sweetheart" of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority.
Helen was a loving wife, mother, and grandma. We love you mom and will miss you greatly.
