Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P)
Port Isabel Housing Authority is requesting statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms interested in partnering with the Housing Authority to redevelop an existing Public Housing Development for families and develop additional affordable housing using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and/or other financing. Submissions are due not later than
