Eduardo “Lalo” Avalos
SAN BENITO, TX.—
Eduardo “Lalo” Avalos, 60 of San Benito passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at his residence.
He was employed with Varmicon and Alamo Concrete for the past 33 years.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Amelia Luna Avalos; his brother, Ruben Avalos; and his sisters, Guadalupe Sierra, Carmen Avalos and Alicia Avalos..
Eduardo is survived by his loving wife, Herlinda Avalos; his children, Eduardo (Isabel) Avalos, Jr., Erica Avalos, Lupita Avalos (Robert Caldera), Laura Avalos, and Bianca Avalos (Guadalupe Ortiz); his 3 grandchildren, Amanda, Trevor, and Bailey; his father, Hermenejildo Avalos; his brother, Hermenejildo Avalos, Jr.; and his sisters, Consuelo Contreras and Yolanda Rodriguez.
Visitations will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at San Benito Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in El Ranchito. Interment will follow to Avalos Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Victor Villarreal, Jesse Balli, Joe Cantu, Armando Rodriguez, Ruben Avalos, Hector Avalos, Joe Trevino and Juan Contreras. Honorary pallbearers will be Sergio Hugo Garza and Conrado Balli, Jr.
