   Jose S. and Rosa A. Lazo of Conroe, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Ibeth Esmeralda Lazo of Conroe, Texas to Caleb Elijah Goins of Santa Rosa, Texas, the son of Timothy and Aracelia "Sally" Goins of Santa Rosa, Texas.

    The bride elect's grandparents are Lucila Hernandez and Mauricio Tovar of Conroe, Texas.

    Ibeth graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M-College Station .

    The prospective groom's grandparents are Cloyce Goins of Harlingen, Texas and Josefina Vega of Santa Rosa, Texas.

    Caleb graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M-College Station. He is continuing his education at UTSA for his Masters in Architecture.

    The wedding will be held on August 7, 2011 at Lindsay Lakes of Cypress, Texas.
