ASH GROVE, MO.— Mary Rose McNabney Duncan Nickle

Passed away peacefully February 23, 2008, in Ash Grove, Mo., at the age of 81 years.

She is survived by her husband, Ray T. Nickle, of Ash Grove, Missouri, by her four children, William Duncan of Phoenix, Arizona, Patricia Strom of Clear Lake, Minnesota, Annabelle Arias, of Palm Harbor, Florida, and Donna Sue Campbell of Santa Fe, New Mexico, and by 23 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren, and her one surviving sister Phyllis Killough, of Mobile, Alabama, and many nephews and nieces.

Mary was born July 26, 1926, in Harlingen, Texas where she attended Stuart Place grade school and high school. She lived in the valley for many years, where she and her first husband owned Security Fence Company. She later moved to Albuquerque, NM, and then to Chicago, where she was office manager for Blackhawk Molding for over twenty years. She married Ray Nickle in 1988. They made their home in Missouri.

Mary was attended faithfully by her husband, Ray, during the years of her illness. Mary was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, since she joined in West Plains, in 1988. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Her viewing was held on Feb. 26, Tuesday, 7 - 9 pm at Willard LDS Chapel, 320 West Jackson, Willard, MO, followed by a memorial service on Wednesday at 10am.

There will be a graveside service on Friday, Feb. 29, 10am at Restlawn Memorial (956-797-2322), 14166 Business 83, La Feria, Texas 78559.
