ARROYO CITY, TX.— Arthur Vance Richey, Sr.
Comments 0 | Recommend 077, passed away at his residence, on Thursday morning, surrounded by his family. He graduated from Los Fresnos High School and went to Abilene Christian College. He worked for Butter Krust Bread in Bishop Texas for 25 years.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carol Walk Richey of Arroyo City; four children Vance Richey “Sherry” of Bishop, Tx., David Richey “Denise” of Kingsville, Tx., Debra Gillis “Danny” of Mechanicsville, Va., and Arlene Beck “Ed” of Kingsville, Tx.; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held today from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Henry Thomae Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 6 to 8.
Graveside services are set for 10 a.m. Saturday at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito under the direction of Henry Thomae Funeral Home. 399-9992.
