    Oscar and Lydia De La Rosa of San Benito, TX are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Debra Denise De La Rosa to Jose Osiel Flores, son of Efrain and Maria Concepcion Flores of Edinburg, TX.

    The future bride graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology and a minor in Business Administration in 2008 from Texas A&M University Kingsville. She is currently a state employee working with the Texas Workforce Commission in McAllen.

    The future groom is a graduate from Edinburg High School. He is currently employed as a law enforcement agent with the Federal Government

    The wedding will take place on Saturday November 12, 2011 at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in San Benito, TX.

    After a honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in Weslaco,TX.
