Engagement Announcement

    Mrs. Socorro Flores and the late Deacon Julio Flores of Harlingen, Texas is pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Veronica Flores Saenz of Sharyland, Texas to Scott Lee of Victoria, Texas. Scott is the son of Mr. Buck and Mrs. Betty Lee of Big Spring, Texas.

    The bride elect graduated in 1988 from UTPA with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and in 1993 from McLennan Community College with an Associate Degree in Nursing. Veronica is a registered nurse and employed by Mollen Immunizations.

  The groom is a 1987 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and is employed at American Electric Power.

   The wedding will be held on August 6, 2011, 1 p.m., at Covenant Life Center in Victoria, Texas.
