• Irene Ramos Salazar and Juan Salazar of Harlingen, TX, were united in marriage on December 27, 2008 in Harlingen, TX. Judge Salas officiated the ceremony.

 

• The bride is the daughter of Alicia Ramos and the late Carmen Rolando Ramos of Alice, TX. She is employed as a court reporter for Cameron County.

 

 

• The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ruperto Salazar of Harlingen, TX and is employed as a telephone technician for Verizon.

 

 

• Maid of Honor was Kimberly Salazar, daughter, of the bride. Matron of Honor was Hilda Veliz, sister of the bride. Best man was Robert Salazar, son of the groom. The bride was given away by her brother, Reynaldo Ramos.

 

 

• Bridesmaids were Sue Saenz, Gloria Saldana, Julie Hernandez, Rose Perez, Connie Warford, and Linda Zepeda. Jr. Bridesmaids were Zaraya Noyola escorted by Vidal Salazar, Cassie Cardona escorted by Daniel Veliz and Jessica Resurez escorted by David Salazar, Jr.

 

Honeymoon included trips to Las Vegas and San Antonio. The couple reside in Harlingen, TX.
