RIO HONDO, TX. - Felicitas B. Salinas
Comments 0 | Recommend 069, past away on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at her residence. She was born March 6, 1939 to Eulterio and Felicitas Banda in Jamuaca Mexico.
Her Loving family survives her: Husband, Roberto Salinas Sr. of Rio Hondo, Father, Eulterio Banda of Mexico, 2 Daughters: Olga S. (Oscar) Martinez of Rio Hondo, Maria Luisa Juarez of Rio Hondo, 10 Sons, Jose David (Josie) Salinas of Clute TX, Juan Manuel, Salinas of Rio Hondo, Juan (Isabel) Salinas of Austin, Robert (Gloria) Salinas Jr., of Austin, Hector (Irma) Salinas of Rio Hondo, Rogerio (Gloria) Salinas of Harlingen, Rene Salinas of Rio Hondo, Gregorio (Gracie) Salinas of Alice, TX. Joel Salinas of Alice, TX., Harlan (Bell) Howell of Harlingen, numerous Grandchildren and Great grandchildren, 3 Sisters, Maria Soria, Claudia Banda, Theodora Gonzalez, 2 Brothers, Feliciano Banda and Esteban Gutierrez.
Felicitas was a very dedicated employee of the Rio Hondo Independent School District and worked at the Junior High Cafeteria for 16 years.
Visitation will be held today, Tuesday, July 15, 2008 from 9:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. with a rosary to be prayed tonight at 7:00p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, July 16, 2008. We will depart Rudy Garza Chapel of Peace at 1:15p.m. for a 2:00p.m.
Mass at St. Helens Catholic Church in Rio Hondo. Interment will then follow at Mont Meta Cemetery in San Benito.
Pallbearers are: Hector Salinas, Rene Salinas, Roberto Salinas Jr., Joel Salinas, Juan Salinas & Rogerio Salinas. Honorary pallbearers are Jose David Rodriguez, Gregorio Salinas & Harlan Howell.
Felicitas was a Loving and Dedicated Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother. She is and will forever be loved and missed by all those who knew her.
