HARLINGEN, TX.—Santos Rodriguez Torres
98, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 2, 2009 in Harlingen, Texas. She was born on June 25, 1911 in Mexico.
She was preceded in death by her husband Santos Torres and sons: Feliciano Torres and Pedro Torres.
Santos is survived by her children: Frank Torres of Harlingen, Wenceslao Torres of Harlingen, Basilio Torres (Delia) of Harlingen, Santos Torres (Susie) of Austin, Alfredo Torres (Viola) of Rangerville, TX. and Julio Torres of Oceanside, CA. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren, and 8 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 with a rosary at 7pm.
A Chapel Service will be held on Wednesday , August 5, 2009 at 1 PM at Trinity Funeral Chapel with Pastor Joel Martinez officiating.
Burial will follow to Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
