Engagement Announcement

    Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo and Clara Zambrano of Carrizo Springs, Texas announce the engagement of their daughter, Lesley Ann Zambrano to Michael Eloy Salinas, son of Eloy and Angie Salinas of Edinburg, Texas.

    The future bride graduated from Carrizo Springs High School in 1997 and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A &M University-Kingsville in 2002 where she played softball for the Javelinas from 1997-2002. Lesley has been teaching and coaching for the past 9 years and recently completed her 4th year at La Feria High School.

    The future groom graduated from Edinburg High School in 1995 and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A & M University-Kingsville in 2000 where he played football for the Javelinas from 1995-1999. Michael is currently employed as an Assistant Wide Receiver  Coach and Special Teams Coordinator at Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas.

  The wedding will take place on Friday, July 22, 2011 at The Chapel by the Sea on South Padre Island, Texas followed by a reception at The Pearl South Padre. The couple will reside in Abilene, Texas.
