SAN BENITO,TX.—Mr. Ernesto Ynguanzo Zamora, Sr.

(74), a native of Progreso, Texas and longtime resident of San Benito, Texas entered into eternal life of December 28, 2009.

Mr. Zamora had a great sense of humor with everyone he associated with; enjoyed working in the garden; would not miss any of the football games; enjoyed watching his Spanish novelas; listening to the radio in his back porch and spending time barbequing with his family.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Refugia Juarez Zamora on March 28, 2003.

He is survived by his children, Isabel (Juan) Mendez, Maria Ayala, Ernesto (Belinda) Zamora, Angelita Zamora, Christina Sanchez, Rosie (Feliciano) Cruz, Gracie (Isaac) Saldana and Israel Zamora; thirty-seven (37) grandchildren and twenty-eight (28) great-grandchildren.

A rosary was held on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at San Benito Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be held today, December 31, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at which time the funeral procession will depart to St. Benedict Catholic Church for a 1:00 p.m. Mass. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Placido Perez,III , Frankie Perez, Eric Ayala, Isaac Saldana, Jr., Ernesto Zamora, Jr. and Gilberto Zamora.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of San Benito Funeral Home, 1400 W. Hwy 77, San Benito, Texas. (956) 361-9192
