Few details in aggravated robbery near Alton

NEAR ALTON — Sheriff's deputies are investigating a possible home invasion that occurred late Monday night near Alton.
Hidalgo County sheriff's deputies responded to a call of an aggravated robbery near the intersection of 5 Mile Line and Moorefield Road at 11:23 p.m. Monday. Two people reportedly showed up at a house, a dispatcher said.
No details about the nature of the robbery, weapons used, items stolen, possible injuries or information about the suspects provided to other local law enforcement agencies was not immediately provided by officials early Tuesday morning.
