Police seek driver in Harlingen hit-and-run

Harlingen Police and Cameron County Sheriff's deputies are searching for the driver of a pickup truck who reportedly struck a woman and left the scene.
Police said the woman was struck and dragged a few feet near the Walgreen's store at Business 77-Sunshine Strip and Tyler Avenue around 9:30 p.m.
Officers are now searching for the truck in the area around Cemetery Road, toward Rio Hondo.
No other details were available at press time.
