Residents will be issued six bags per household and businesses will be issued 12 sandbags per business.

The sandbags are free of charge, but residents will be required to show proof of residency with a license and water bill.

Residents will also be able to make their own sandbags at Victor Park, S. M Street, and the parking lot of Casa De Amistad at the corner of Fair Park Boulevard and Wichita Street.

Residents who wish to make their own sandbags must take their own shovels.
