National Guard arrives at Harlingen High South

The National Guard just arrived at Harlingen High School South to provide additional support to about 150 people that have taken refuge there from Hurricane Dolly, Assistant City Manager Gabriel Gonzalez said.
Electricity at the school has not been restored, Gonzalez said, but two generators have been sent to the school.
Gonzalez also said there have still been no accidents reported, however, the number of power outages continues to rise.
