Get admission info, financial aid help, during UTRGV Graduate Fairs

The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley’s Graduate College will host graduate fairs in February and March at both the Brownsville and Edinburg campuses, with information about admission requirements, financial aid and scholarship availability.

UTRGV faculty will be on hand to answer questions about available graduate programs.

There will be concurrent presentations on topics related to the Graduate College, such as how to submit a competitive application, financial aid possibilities and scholarships.

Several non-academic departments, like the Library and Continuing Education, will have representatives at the fair to provide information about their services.

UTRGV Graduate Fairs are open to the public. Students considering graduate school at UTRGV should attend.

“Our annual Graduate Fairs provide tremendous opportunities for future students to meet personally with faculty and university representatives,” said Stephanie Ozuna, graduate student recruiter, UTRGV Graduate College.

“There is no charge to attend, and we’ll even be giving away a few scholarships. Attendees will need to pre-register online at www.utrgv.edu/grad for a chance to win,” she said.
